以我国35个中心城市为研究对象,从服务业规模、结构和效益三方面构建服务业发展水平指标来评价服务业发展水平,运用区位熵指数、基于固定效应模型的回归分析方法分析中心城市服务业专业化水平及服务业发展的影响因素,结论如下：（1）中心城市整体服务业发展水平呈现上升趋势,服务业发展水平及规模、结构和效益水平差异明显;（2）中心城市服务业发展水平空间演变较为显著,高水平的城市始终以北京、上海、广州和深圳为主;较高水平的城市数量增多,主要集中于东部沿海和长江沿线地区;中等水平的城市数量减少,大部分位于中西部地区;（3）从行业来看,生产性服务业整体专业化水平不断提升、优于生活性服务业,并且其内部各行业专业化水平提升较为明显,科技、物流、房地产业始终保持着突出的专业化水平;（4）从城市来看,各城市服务业地域分工明显,生产性服务业行业专业化水平突出的城市数量增多;（5）城市规模、经济发展水平、工业化水平、对外开放水平、资本支撑水平、人才科技支撑水平和信息化支撑水平对中心城市服务业发展影响较大;东部和中西部中心城市的影响因素在工业化水平、资本支撑水平、人才科技支撑水平等方面差异明显。

英文摘要：

This paper takes 35 central cities in China as the research object,evaluates the development level of the services from the aspects of the scale,structure and benefit,and uses the location entropy index and the regression analysis method based on the fixed effect model to analyze the development level and influencing factors. Conclusions are as follows： Central cities＇ development level of overall services is on the rise and the level of development,scale,structure and benefit of services are obviously different. The spatial evolution of development level of services in central cities is more obvious. Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen have always been the high-level cities. The number of higher-level cities is increased,mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal and Yangtze River area. The number of middle-level cities is reduced,mostly in the central and western regions. From the industry point of view,the overall specialization level of producer services continue to enhance,better than the life services,and the specialization level of its internal industry is obviously enhancing. Science and technology,logistics and realty industry have always maintained a prominent specialization level. From the city point of view,the geographical division of the city services is obvious and the number of cities whose specialization level of producer services is prominent is increased. The scale of the city, level of economic development,industrialization,opening to the outside world,talent and technology support and information technology support have greater impact on the development of services. The influencing factors,which are the level of industrialization,capital support and talent and technology support,are different obviously in the central cities of East and the Midwest regions.
