综合微囊化和定形化制备复合相变储能材料的优势。用海藻酸钙为载体材料,壳聚糖为复膜材料,廉价的相变蜡作为相变储能材料,考察了壳聚糖浓度、氯化钙浓度、海藻酸钠浓度、芯壁比以及凝固时间对所制备样品热性能的影响,优化出制备方法的最佳实验条件。在最佳实验条件下所制备的样品为内部具有空间网状结构平均粒径为0.5mm的密封型小球,相变焓为103.1J/g,峰值温度为26.7℃。
Composite PCM microshperes containing phase change wax were prepared, using calcium alginate as matrix covered with chritosan. The effect of experimental parameters on the thermal properties was investigated and the optional parameters were selected for preparing composite microspheres. The SEM photographs show that the particles with the average diameter of 0.5mm possess spherical morphology and sealed egg-box structure. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curve indicates that the latent heat and the melting point of microspheres are 103.1J/g and 26.7℃, respectively. The results of DSC, TG, together with SEM, testify the microspheres with sealed egg-box structure.
