膜片钳放大器是一个用于监测细胞膜电流的高精度模拟信号处理单元,放大器的调试和膜片钳实验过程中的参数设置与补偿均相当复杂,文章着重介绍全自动膜片钳放大器参数控制系统设计方法,该系统采用具有8051内核的USB2.0接口芯片配合可编程逻辑接口器件(CPLD),实现了对放大器参数的全数字控制,实验证明此方法能有效的设置实验参数与状态,并为全自动膜片钳虚拟仪器系统的建立奠定基础。
The patch--clamp amplifier is a precision analog signal--processing unit for detecting currents in cell membrane. There are complicated steps both in the adjustment of instrument and in parameter setting and compensation during patch clamp experiments. A novel method of developing a parameter setting system for automatic patch--clamp amplifier based on USB is described. The system has used a high--speed 8051- based USB--controller with a programmable logic device (CPI,I)) to implement the digital control of analog signal pathway in the amplifier. The experimental results showed that this method could not only configure the operation mode and parameters effectively, but also provide an effective approach to build a virtual instrument system.
