目的：探讨葛根芩连方（GGQL）治疗Wa株轮状病毒（RV）感染性腹泻的作用机制。方法：建立RV-Wa感染4天龄昆明小鼠乳鼠的腹泻模型,采用实时SYBR Green I嵌合荧光定量RT-PCR方法,检测GGQL对乳鼠小肠组织钠离子葡萄糖联合转运子（SLC5A1）mRNA的表达差异变化。结果：RV感染乳鼠小肠SLC5A1 mRNA表达降低;GGQL组小肠组织SLC5A1 mRNA表达明显升高。结论：GGQL对感染RV感染性乳鼠腹泻的治疗作用可能与上调小肠SLC5A1 mRNA的表达有关。

英文摘要：

Objective： To investigate the anti-rotavirus mechanism of Gegenqinlian Decoction（GGQL） in RV-inducing diarrhea neonatal mice model.Methods： Neonatal diarrhea mice model of Kunming family infected with RV-Wa was developed.SLC5A1 gene mRNA expression was analyzed by quantitative reverse transcriptase real-time polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） using SYBA GreenⅠ.Results： GGQL could up-regulate the SLC5A1 mRNA expression,while RV inhibited the SLC5A1 mRNA expression.Conclusion： GGQL has the effect on RV induced diarrhea related with gene SLC5A1 mRNA expression.
