目的:探讨葛根芩连方(GGQL)治疗Wa株轮状病毒(RV)感染性腹泻的作用机制。方法:建立RV-Wa感染4天龄昆明小鼠乳鼠的腹泻模型,采用实时SYBR Green I嵌合荧光定量RT-PCR方法,检测GGQL对乳鼠小肠组织钠离子葡萄糖联合转运子(SLC5A1)mRNA的表达差异变化。结果:RV感染乳鼠小肠SLC5A1 mRNA表达降低;GGQL组小肠组织SLC5A1 mRNA表达明显升高。结论:GGQL对感染RV感染性乳鼠腹泻的治疗作用可能与上调小肠SLC5A1 mRNA的表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the anti-rotavirus mechanism of Gegenqinlian Decoction(GGQL) in RV-inducing diarrhea neonatal mice model.Methods: Neonatal diarrhea mice model of Kunming family infected with RV-Wa was developed.SLC5A1 gene mRNA expression was analyzed by quantitative reverse transcriptase real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) using SYBA GreenⅠ.Results: GGQL could up-regulate the SLC5A1 mRNA expression,while RV inhibited the SLC5A1 mRNA expression.Conclusion: GGQL has the effect on RV induced diarrhea related with gene SLC5A1 mRNA expression.
