水稻对稻瘟病的抗性一般分为完全抗性和部分抗性。相对完全抗性而言,部分抗性属数量性状,受抗性QTLs控制,具有抗扩展和减轻病害的作用,呈现广谱持久抗病的特点。迄今已鉴定和定位了300多个抗性QTLs位点,并克隆了2个主效和3个微效QTLs。本文概述了水稻稻瘟病部分抗性基因定位与基因克隆的研究进展,探讨了利用部分抗性培育广谱或持久抗病品种的途径。

英文摘要:

Rice blast resistance is generally classified into complete resistance and partial resistance.Compared to complete resistance,partial resistance is quantitative trait controlled by QTLs(quantitative trait loci),which are valuable sources for broad-spectrum and durable disease resistance.With the rapid development of molecular biology,the mapping and cloning of partial blast resistance genes in rice have made significant progress during the recent 20 years.More than 300 resistance QTLs have been identified and mapped,among which two major and three minor QTLs have been cloned.The research advances and application of the partial blast resistance in rice breeding are reviewed and discussed in the present paper.
