Mathematics is the main channel of practicing mathematical culture, the main positions of understanding the essence and feeling inherent cultural atmosphere of mathematics for students. This article focuses on the course introduction, teaching of mathematical concepts and symbolic language, teaching of mathematical propositions, theorems and laws, to investigate penetration and implementation of mathematical cuhure in elementary number theory.
