对具有各向异性的木材温度场做了初步研究,给出根据木材稳态热传导分析的基本理论。针对木材的热各向异性,利用有限元的方法,对木材温度场进行了理论数值模拟计算和测量试验验证。仿真和试验结果比较可靠,误差在-3.5%~4.2%,能够满足工程计算的精度要求,证明了这种方法的有效性。
This paper studied the anisotropic wood temperature fields and presented the basic theory for the analysis of wood steady heat conduction. According to the heat anisotropic wood, numerical calculation and measure tests of wood temperature field were performed using finite dement theory. The results of the simulation and tests were reliable. The error was between - 3.5 % to -4.2%, which could meet the demands of engineering calculation. This method was also validated by the results.
