对单旁路耦合电弧焊母材热输入理论分析的基础上,进行不同母材电流和旁路电流组合的单旁路耦合电弧焊堆焊实验.对所得的焊缝熔深数据进行多项式拟合和回归分析,得到旁路电流与熔深变化的数学关系.结果表明:DE-GMAW的旁路电流只在一定区间内显著影响熔深,并与熔深呈线性关系,与母材热输入理论分析吻合.
On the basis of theoretical analysis of heat-input into base metal in the process of double electrode gas metal arc welding(DE-GMAW for short),welding experiments were carried.The welding experiments were with the almost same welding parameters but different current combination of by-pass current and main current in the base metal.Then the penetrations of the weld joints obtained were measured to create polynomial fitting curve and analyze its regression.The penetration curve showed that under the same total current,the penetration varied linearly with by-pass current only in certain region.This was consistent with the theoretical analysis of heat-input.
