介绍了蒸汽爆破预处理方法的研究进展、工艺路线及存在的主要问题,分析了处理强度、预浸条件、抑制物产生及脱毒处理、分子结构变化等对预处理效果(原料回收率、纤维素酶酶解率、糖得率)的影响,指出今后的发展方向是优化蒸汽爆破预处理和后续脱毒的工艺条件。
Steam explosion is one of the most common physico-chemical pretreating methods,this method is the short-time processing with low-energy input and negligible environmental impact.The research approach,the technological routing and the existing problems of steam explosion were introduced.All the factors such as pretreating intensity,pre-impregnation condition,inhibitor pro-duction and detoxication,as well as molecular structure change have the significant impact on ma-terial recovery,enzymatic hydrolysis rate and sugar yield,these experimental index will further af-fect the ethanol yield.Furthermore,the future development trend is proposed that is to optimize the process conditions in steam explosion pretreatment and subsequent detoxication.
