“政府-市场”关系定位及其动态演变给我国文化中介组织的变革与发展带来了体制性障碍,致使其难以满足文化市场体系持续完善以及文化产业做大做强的内在需要,由此亟需文化中介组织进行适应性创新。从政府与市场之间的关系切入,在厘清我国“大政府-小市场”格局的基础上明确文化中介组织的职能定位,由此进一步分析目前我国文化中介组织在发展过程中所面临的诸多限制性困境及其成因,并明确其适应性创新的实现路径及其关键点,从而为完善我国文化中介组织体系提供政策建议。
The dynamic evolution of the position of government and market has brought a fundamental obstacle to the transformation and development of China's cultural intermediary organizations, making it difficult to improve the modern cultural market system and the cultural industry bigger and stronger. Thus China's cultural intermediary organizations need adaptive innovation. This article starts with the analysis of the relationship between government and market. Then on the basis of our country's basic pattern "big market, small government", this article makes a clear position of cultural intermediary organizations. Thereby it analyzes many restrictive difficulties and their causes at the present stage of China's cultural intermediary organizations in the development process. At last, it builds the overall framework of adaptive innovation and the key points, in order to offer policy advice to improve the cultural intermediary organizations system in China.
