瞬变电磁法的检测探头对埋地金属管道腐蚀检测的效果有较大影响。为了提高检测精度,文中建立瞬变电磁法检测埋地管道的三维有限元模型,仿真分析模拟探头形状、探头施加铁氧体环和缠绕探头的导线直径等因素对检测精度的影响。结果表明:使用大直径导线缠绕成线圈并配合方形铁氧体构成方形的检测探头,能有效提高了分辨率和检测精度,是最优的瞬变电磁仪的探头方案。
The transient electromagnetic testing probe has great influence on the corrosion detection of buffed metal pipeline. To improve the accuracy, the 3D finite element model on transient electromagnetic method testing was built for buffed pipelines in this paper.The influencing detection accuracy factors including different probe shapes, applied ferrite on the probe and wire diameter in winding probe were analyzed in simulation.The results show that the square testing probe is made by wrapped large diameter wire and square ferrite ring.It effectively improves the resolution and accuracy and is optimal probe scheme of transient electromagnetic instrument.
