采用碳纤维布、铜粉、石墨、酚醛树脂、铜网等材料,通过热压成型等工艺,制备了新型碳纤维/石墨/铜复合材料受电弓滑板.通过对该复合材料的物理和力学性能测试,并与目前常用的受电弓滑板的材料进行了对比.实验结果表明:碳纤维/石墨/铜复合材料受电弓滑板具有密度小、电阻率低、抗弯强度及冲击韧性强等特点,适合于制作电力机车的受电弓滑板.
In this paper,carbon fiber mesh cloth,copper power,graphite,phenolics,copper mesh are taken as the raw materials to produce the novel CF/C/Cu composites pantograph sliding plate by compress molding process.The physical and mechanical properties of the new samples were tested.Compared with the commonly used pantograph sliding plate,the novel one has lower density,lower resistivity,higher bending strength,enhanced impact toughness and better mechanical properties.The new material is suitable for producing the pantograph sliding plate of the electric locomotive.
