提出一种基于PEMFC外部磁场分布判断内部电流密度分布的非接触测量方法.首先从PEMFC数学模型出发,以过氧量为例讨论了电流密度分布和工作状态之间的关系.然后采用AN-SOFT/MAXWELL 2D静磁场对燃料电池内部电流分布与周围磁场分布的关系进行仿真,最后利用仿真结果判断得到电池内部电流分布情况.结果表明,PEMFC外部磁场分布与电池内部电流密度分布直接相关,由外部磁场的分布可以判断得到内部电流密度分布情况,从而掌握电池工作状态,且不会对电池内部工作产生干扰.
This paper presents a non-contact measurement method which determines the internal current density distribution based on PEMFC external magnetic field distribution.First of all,it discussed the relationship between current density distribution and working state taking excess oxygen as an example based on the PEMFC mathematical model.Moreover,it simulated the relationship between the internal current distribution of the fuel cell and its surrounding magnetic field distribution using the ANSOFT /MAXWELL 2D static magnetic field.At last,it inferred thc current distribution inside the battery from the simulation result.It turned out that PEMFC external magnetic field distribution is directly related to the current density distribution inside the battery and that its current density distribution can be inferred from the distribution of its external magnetic field,and thereby control the working state of the battery without interfering its inner workings.
