以1,10-邻菲咯啉、邻苯二胺为主要原料,合成了二吡啶并吩嗪(dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine).通过增加催化剂、改变各实验条件,产率由72%提高到了81.6%.以2-乙酰基吡啶、乙酰胺、乙酸铵、对甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,合成了一种新型多吡啶化合物4′-对甲氧苯基-2,2′:6′,2″-三联吡啶(4′-methoxy-phenyl-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine).研究了各种反应条件对产率的影响,得到最佳反应条件为:回流反应2h,保温温度120℃,加入氢氧化钠后保温时间2h,pH值10,同时采用UV-Vis、IR等分析手段对以上得到的两种化合物的结构进行了表征.
DPPZ was synthesized using 1,10-phenanthroline and o-Phenylenediamine as the main starting materials.By adding catalyst and changing the experimental conditions,the yield was improved from 72% to 81.6%.A kind of new pyridine compound MPTP was synthesized using 2-acetylpyridine,acetamide,ammonium acetate,and para-methoxybenzaldehyde as the starting materials.The influence of various reaction conditions on the yield was studied and received the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows,the mixture was heated under reflux for 2 h,cooled to 120℃,then added NaOH and maintained at this temperature for 2 h,and the best pH is 10.The two compounds were characterized by UV-Vis and IR.
