在饲料中分别添加三种不同粒度的沸石粉,研究其对肉鸡生产性能、肠道大肠杆菌及血液、肝脏与肌肉中重金属残留量的影响。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,在饲料中添加5%三种不同粒度沸石的试验组,均未影响肉鸡增重,但改善了饲料转化率(P〈0.01),降低了死淘率;粗、中、细三种粒度沸石使肌肉中的铅含量分别降低了10.06%、43.02%、39.11%,肝脏中砷含量分别下降了34.00%、29.85%、16.12%,粗、中粒度沸石使肝脏中铅含量分别降低了32.61%、24.78%,沸石对肌肉中的砷含量影响不大;沸石明显降低了血氨浓度及空肠中的大肠杆菌数,使空肠中的乳酸菌数有所提高。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of zeolite in three different particle sizes added to diets on the performance, intestinal microflora and residue of heavy metal in broilers. Results show: Compared with control group, the supplementtation of 5 % zeolite (in coarse, middle or fine particle size) to broiler diets has no effect on body weight gain (BWG), but improves feed conversion rate (FCR) ( P 〈 0.01 ), decreases the mortality of broilers. The diets added with coarse, middle or fine particle size zeolite decrease the lead concentration of breast muscle by 10.06%, 43. 02% and 39.11%, and reduce the arsenic content of liver by 34.00%, 29.85% and 16.12%, respectively, but the arsenic content of breast muscle is unaffected. The supplementation of coarse or middle particle size zeolite in diets decreases the lead concentration of liver by 32.61% and 24.78%. Blood ammonia level and the number of E.coil in jejunum are decreased markedly with the zeolite treatment, and the number of Lactobacillus in jejunum is increased.
