针对传统负荷分配模式存在的不足,提出了水电站负荷分配的"三次分配"模式。通过水能预分配、水电协调分配、水能再分配以及厂内负荷分配,实现在确保电力供给的基础之上,加大水电在电网中的比重,同时降低电网运行成本。基于三次负荷分配模式,研究建立了陕西电网直调水电站经济运行调度系统,对该模式的可行性和有效性进行检验和验证。
This paper puts forth a new load distribution mode or three-distributions mode for hydropower to overcome the shortcomings of traditional method. Through pre-distribution of hydraulic energy, coordinated distribution of hydroelectric power and other powers, and redistribution of hydraulic energy, this new mode can increase the weight of hydropower in power grid and reduce the cost of power grid operation while ensuring the same power supply capacity. By applying the new mode, we developed a load distribution system of hydropower stations for Shaanxi power grid, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the three-distributions mode was tested and verified.
