英文摘要：
The precondition of traditional risk management is its recognizable and probabilistic. However, in the process of expanding globally, companies suffer the threats from various aspects, many of which are unpredictable and enormously devastating at one time, Arising from the knowledge above, a discussion between the traditional risk factors and the new threats is put forward. Meanwhile, analyzing some relative typical cases aroused from these threats , an idea on enhancing the risk management approach from the generic policy to strategy.
