使用高速电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢表面制备了Zn-Al和Al-RE涂层。分别研究了Zn-Al和Al-RE两种涂层在铜加速醋酸盐雾实验中的耐蚀性能。通过扫描电子显微镜分析了Zn-Al和Al-RE涂层腐蚀前后的微观组织形貌,结果表明Zn-Al涂层的耐蚀性能优于Al-RE涂层。
Zn-Al and Al-RE coatings were prepared on Q235 steel surface by automatic high velocity arc spraying(HVAS) technology.The corrosion resistance of Zn-Al and Al-RE coatings in chloride copper acetic acid spray test(CASS) was studied respectively.The microstructure of Zn-Al and Al-RE coatings before and after corrosion were analyzed by scanning electronic microscope(SEM).The results showed that corrosion resistance of Zn-Al coating is better than Al-RE coating.
