英文摘要：
We examine the issue of innovation measurement in this from a comparative perspective based on three versions of the Oslo Manual.We start with a brief introduction to generation and development of innovation measurement.Then we discuss the models of innovation process,such as Kline and Rosenberg＇s chain-link model or innovation dynamo or innovation system,as well as object or subject approach using for collecting data.We find that innovation concept extends from narrow to board,innovation measurement focuses on innovation system,and innovation survey occurs outside the developed countries.
