以山西地区广泛栽培的5个大白菜品种为材料,带柄子叶为外植体,通过正交设计试验研究了品种、NAA、6-BA、AgNO3等因素对大白菜离体再生的影响.结果显示:品种津育75在培养基MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.3mg/L NAA+7mg/L AgNO3的条件下再生率最高,达76.92%.
Five varieties of Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris ssp.pekinensis) widely cultivated in Shanxi were used as materials and cotyledon with petioles as explants.The effects of NAA,varieties,6-BA,AgNO 3 on regeneration of Chinese cabbage in vitro were studied by orthogonal design.The results showed that Jinyu 75had the highest regeneration frequency,which was 76.92%in the MS medium containing 2mg / L 6-BA +0.3mg / L NAA +7mg / L AgNO 3.
