论述了温度对红外光学系统成像质量的影响。论述了光机热集成分析方法的原理和技术方法,分析了红外光学系统在温度作用下的成像质量变化。首先建立光学系统的有限元模型,进行结构分析和热分析,将温度数据传递到结构分析模型进行热弹性分析。将镜间距离变化代入光学设计软件程序,分析光学系统在温度变化后的成像质量。通过光机热集成分析,对设计参数反复修改和优化,设计满足了系统的要求。
The influence of tempreture on the infrared(IR) optical system is analyzed. The principles and technology of the OST(Optical-Structure-Thermal) integrated analysis method are presented. The influences of the temprature on the IR image quality are analyzed. The FEA model is established to make structure analysis and thermal analysis, and the temprature data is transformed to the analysis model to make thermal elastic analysis. The distance changes of the mirrors are substituted to optical design software in which the image quality of the system influenced by temprature wasanalyzed. The design parameters are repeatedly modified and optimizated by OST integrated analysis, so as to satisfy design requirements of the system.
