道路热融雪过程降融同步特性研究

针对道路热力融雪问题,开展了3种地热结构道路融雪试验,研究降融同步主动融雪过程不同埋管节距的道路融雪特性和传热特征,分析路面温度、单位面积耗热量和单位流程温差等参数的变化规律。结果表明:采用密距型布置的埋管节距越小,可保持越大的路面无雪率,其融雪能力越强,单位面积耗热量也相应增加,但是单位流程温差增加是有限度的,并非持续增加;采取路面融雪提前预热,可以大大缩短积雪存留时间,有利于实现及时清雪。

英文摘要:

Aimed at the problem of the hydronic snow melting of road,experiments of three structures with pipes imbed in road were implemented.Characteristics of snow melting and heat transfer of different pipe pitches were investigated in process of synchronization of snow falling and melting.Meanwhile,variational rules of some parameters,such as the temperature of road surface,the heat consumption per unit area and the unit length temperature difference were analyzed.The results show that the smaller pipe pitch of the pipe array is,the bigger the snow free area ratio is,the denser the snow melting capability is and heat consumption increases accordingly,but the temperature difference per unit length behaves the limited growth and does not maintain durative increment.Furthermore,preheating of snow melting can timely remove snow and can significantly shorten the time of accumulating snow.
