柔性化是染料敏化太阳电池(DSCs)最具研究前景的方向之一,柔性DSCs转换效率已经达到8.1%。从柔性DSCs的结构和原理角度出发,分析了柔性DSCs的优势及面临的主要挑战,介绍了柔性DSCs光电极的制备技术和优化机制,探讨了柔性对电极的制备机制,对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Flexibility is one of the most promising research direction in dye-sensitized solar ceils (DSCs). The conversion efficiency of flexible DSCs has reached 8.1%. Based on the structure and mechanism of flexible DSCs, the advantages and main challenges of flexible dye-sensitized solar cells were described. Several common fabrication methods and optimization mechanism of the photoelectrode of flexible DSCs were introduced. The fabrication mechanism of counter electrode was described. The development trend of fabricating flexible DSCs was discussed.
