人参中11种农药残留振荡提取气相色谱法测定

以农田栽参主要土壤类型白浆土为研究试材,采用盆栽的方式,根据白浆土田间持水量的40%、60%、80%分别设置低、中、高水分处理组,采用Biolog微平板法和化学方法研究水分对土壤微生物代谢功能多样性和土壤状况的影响。结果表明:在高水分处理下(白浆土相对含水量为80%),物种丰富度指数、AWCD值和碳源利用丰富度指数最高;土壤速效磷含量显著高于其它水分处理,同时土壤酶活性较高,对人参生长发育有利。

英文摘要:

The albic soil which one of the most important soil types for cultivating ginseng with farmland was used as materials, the study was conducted with the pot, according to the field capacity of abic soil,low water, medium water and high water treatments were set up with the field capacity of 40%,60% and 80%, respectively. Biolog micro-plate method and chemical methods were applied to study how water affected the soil microbial functional diversity and soil conditions. The results showed that high water treatment which soil relative water content was 80% was beneficial to ginseng growth and development because of soil microbial AWCD, Shannon index and substrate richness were the highest. Available P of soil was significantly higher than other treatments,soil enzymes activities were relative high.
