利用金相显微镜和磨擦磨损试验机研究了新型稀土变质剂Pro(CO3)3盐在不同含最、保温时间以及浇铸温度等条件下对ZL107丰吕合金变质作用。研究结果表明:稀土Pr2(CO3)3盐含量为3.0%时其变质效果最佳;浇铸温度对其变质效果影响不大;Pr2(CO3)3具有较长的变质失效时间。此外,还对比分析了变质前后合金的耐磨性能。
Metallurgical microscope and the wear testing were employed to study the effect of different Pr2(CO3)3 contents, as well as the holding time and casting temperature on modification of the ZL 107 alloy. The results show that the Pr2(CO3)3 content of 3.0% leads to best modification; Pr2(CO3)3 has a longer modification time; casting temperature has little effect on modification. Wear properties of the alloys with or without modification were also analyzed.
