采用基于C8051F124为核心的嵌入式单片机系统实现了数控机床的现场监测,并能实现一些常用的诊断功能,同时还给出了系统的整体设计思想和软硬件构成方式,通过集成在μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统中的网络功能,还可以实现与远程监控站进行信号采集路径和信号数据的双向传输。最后,采用该系统对机床主轴振动情况进行了测试,其结果与频谱分析仪的测试结果相吻合,证明该系统有一定的应用价值。
Embedded field monitoring and diagnosis MCU system based on the C8051 F124 used for the NC machine tool was realized. Design methods of the whole system was presented, including the hardware and the software configuration form, through the Network function integrated with the μC/OS - Ⅱreal - time operation system, the path and the data can be mutually transferred between the remote monitor station and the system. Finally, the vibration of the spindle was tested by this system. The result shows that this system can be popularized.
