英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of galectin-7 in human non- small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods The expressions of galectin-7 in 30 cases of human NSCLC tissues and paracancerous normal lung tissues were detected by Western blot （WB） and immunohistochemical staining （IHC）. Results The expression of galeetin-7 in human NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous normal lung tissues （1.33 ± 0.11 vs. 0.06 ± 0.02, P 〈 0.01）, and the staining of galeetin-7 in NSCLC tissues was also stronger. Galeetin-7 was mainly located in lung cancer cells and lymphocytes. Conclusion Galectin-7 is related to NSCLC.
