随着新型城镇化建设的大步推进,关于城镇化的内涵和评价方法略显滞后。基于对城镇化内涵的探讨,回顾了具有代表性的城镇化评价体系,分析了已有城镇化评价指标体系的关注重点以及与当下城镇化建设重点不符之处。对比分析了熵值法、AHP法两种主要的指标确权方法,并对加权评价法、模糊综合评价法等城镇化水平综合评价方法进行了总结分析,并提出了优化的建议,为城镇化的健康发展提供保障。

With the development of new urbanization,the connotation and evaluation methods of urbanization is slightly lagging behind. Based on the connotation of urbanization,this paper reviews the representative evaluation system of urbanization,The focus of the existing evaluation index system of urbanization is analyzed and some differences with the current focus of construction. Comparative analysis is made for the two methods of weight verification——the entropy method and AHP method,and the comprehensive evaluation method of urbanization,such as weighted evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are summarized and analyzed. The suggestion of optimization is put forward,which will provide guarantee for the healthy development of urbanization.
