人才培养质量评价对于高等学校的专业建设和人才培养方案的优化具有重要意义.结合企业对人才的实际需求,从基本素质、业务能力和拓展能力3个维度构建了由15个二级指标构成的人才培养质量评价体系,并运用模糊综合评判、数据包络分析和层次分析法相结合的方法,通过实际调查获取相关数据,对重庆理工大学物流管理专业人才培养质量进行了实例分析,评价结果对人才培养方案的优化有重要的现实意义.
It is important to evaluate the talent training quality for the optimization of university. The paper built the evaluation index system of the talent training quality, which was made of 15 sub-inde- xes, from the view of the basic ability, work ability and the extended ability, based on the need of the enterprise. It took the logistics management specialty of the Chongqing University as an example, and analyzed the evaluation results by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (Fuzzy) , data envelopment a- nalysis (DEA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which was useful for optimizing the talent training scheme.
