在当今竞争日益激烈的社会当中,授权成为企业管理者常用的一种管理方法,也是企业提高竞争力的重要手段。授权型领导与其他类型领导(例如指令型领导、交易型领导、变革型领导等)的一个重要差异是授权型领导更关注领导者与员工分享权力,以便员工进行自我领导和自主决策,独立地工作。要提高组织的灵活性与效率,增强其竞争力,企业急需培养一批具有权力共享意识、乐意表现授权行为的授权型领导者。本研究运用扎根理论质性研究方法,以旅游企业为研究样本,探索管理人员授权型领导行为的影响因素,构建了中国情境下管理人员授权型领导行为的“我能(I can)”、“我愿(I am willing to)”、“我该(I should)”影响因素模型(即CWS模型),并对企业培养授权型领导者提出了相关建议。
In today's increasingly competitive society, empowering become a common management method of enterprise managers, but also an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Empowering leadership and other types of leadership(e.g.directive leadership, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, etc.) have an important difference in that empowering leadership pay more attention to the leaders share power with employees for employees self-leadership, autonomous decisions and independently jobs. To improve the flexibility and efficiency of the organization and to enhance its competitiveness, enterprises need a group of empowering leaders with a sense of power sharing and willingness to act empowering behavior. This study explore the systematic influencing factors of managers' empowering leadership behavior through the sample of tourism enterprises, by using qualitative analysis method based on the Grounded Theory. And construct the CWS influencing factors model of the empowering leadership behavior of managers under the context of china: I can, I am willing to, I should. Then it puts forward some related suggestions on the cultivation of the empowering leadership.
