“中药复方循证生物系统研究策略(ChineseHerbalCompoundFormulaEvidenceBasedBiosystemResearchStrategy,CHCFEBBRS)”是从中医古医籍、系统评价、质量控制、临床辨证治疗疗效评价、物质基础及其作用机制等多层次对中药复方进行研究,充分阐明中药复方的整体疗效学、疗效学机制及物质成分的一种研究方法。本研究提出假说,拟在CHCFEBBRS策略指导下阐明当归补血汤对心肌缺血的多方面疗效学研究、机制研究、物质基础的思路、设想及预期结果,从而指导实验的进一步开展,以期为中药复方研究提供一种思路。

英文摘要：

Chinese herbal compound formula (CHCF)are widely used in clinic,with the development of evidence based medicine,it has put forward a new challenge on Chinese herbal compound formula (CHCF).It has become a strategic planning to further research and develop CHCF,provide sufficient curative evidence,promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,promote Chinese medicine culture,extend CHCF to the world.In this paper,the author put forward Chinese Herbal Compound Formula EvidenceBased Biosystem Research Strategy (CHCF EB BRS),which conducts multi level study of CHCF from ancient medicalbooks,system evaluation and analysis,quality control,clinical dialectical treatment curative effect evaluation,material basis andmechanism and so on.In order to reveal the material basis for the efficacy of CHCF and the related mechanism,finally to solve thebottleneck of the study of CHCF and provide a reference.CHCF clinical efficacy is verified multiply from ancient medical books,systemevaluation and analysis,clinical study,furthermore,use a good quality control of CHCF for laboratory and clinical research.Variousresearch levels of the strategy has been widely implemented in the basic and clinical research,but still lack of a systematic study of some CHCF.The proposed method is helpful to the further research on the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
