为了更好地支持面向大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)的产品开发和设计,对CAD(Computer Aided Design)系统与PDM(Product Data Management)系统集成的关键技术进行了深入研究。以零件数据集成为核心,讨论了CAD系统与PDM系统集成的零件族数据模型、数据映射逻辑以及系统集成的框架模式,并对主要功能接口进行了研究开发,包括编码模块接口、创建事物特性表接口和零件模型注册接口。最后,用实例对这些原理进行了验证。
In order to better support product development and design for Mass Customization (MC), the key integration technologies of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Product Data Management (PDM) system were studied. Focusing on the data integration of part, the data model of part family and data mapping logic of CAD and PDM systems integration were discussed. The system integration architecture was put forward as well. Then several main function interfaces were developed including coding module interface, setting up tabular layouts of article characteristics and registration interface from CAD model to PDM. Finally, an application example was provided to verify the feasibility of principle and system.
