英文摘要：

This thesis adopts the method of literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire and survey,comparative analysis and so on,and makes a comparative study of personnel training of sports performance major in Anhui province and in others,aiming to offer theory basis and practice reference for colleges and universities in Anhui province that set up sports performance major.Conclusion：Society has a large demand for sports performance talents,thus colleges and universities in Anhui province set up sports performance specialty complying with the requirements of society for structural reform of colleges and universities and qualified personnel.On the other hand,the specialty is at its preliminary stage：simple curricula,insufficient teaching personnel,poor experience for building the major.Therefore,it does not have a fixed discipline system and is on the way of consistent development and improvement.Suggestion：choose a suitable training model; strengthen enrolling publicity,and perform enrolling effectively; build professional features and expand its direction; establish rational training purpose; build reasonable curriculum system; have a high-level teaching faculty; reinforce students＇ social practice,and enhance their adjustment ability for job; formulate administrative regulations,and strengthen student management.
