用荧光光谱和紫外可见光谱研究了萘酚-亚硝酸根与三聚氰胺相互作用的性质,考察了溶液酸度对作用体系的影响。在4.1〈pH〈8.6时,三聚氰胺使体系荧光光谱增强,体系对三聚氰胺的线性响应范围为2.0~20 mg/L;在8.6≤pH≤10.1时,三聚氰胺使体系荧光光谱降低,体系对三聚氰胺的线性响应范围为2.0~60 mg/L,检测限为1.03 mg/L。
The features of the reaction between naphthol-nitrite and melamine have been investigated by UV and fluorescence spectrometry.As the experimental results suggested,the pH value played an important role on the reaction.Under the condition of 4.1pH8.6,an increment of fluorescence was detected with the addition of melamine into the system of naphthol – nitrite.Based on this,a method for the determination of melamine was proposed and the linear range of the method was 2.0~20 mg/L.Otherwise,fluorescence of the system decreased when the value of pH was in the rang of 8.6~10.1,which was also applied to the determination of melamine with the linear range of 2.0~60 mg/L and the detection limit of 1.03 mg/L,respectively.
