"十二五"期间,安徽旅游业面临新的发展形势,对旅游人才提出了新的要求。文章分析安徽省旅游人才结构特征,并在此基础上提出对应的优化对策,即旅游行政主管部门要加大旅游人才规划力度,全力保障旅游人才培养;旅游院校要明确旅游人才培养目标,创新旅游人才培养模式;旅游企业要加强旅游人才培养培训,完善旅游人才激励体系;加强国际合作,提升旅游人才开发的国际化水平。
The tourism industry of Anhui Province faces new development situation in the period of "12th Five Year",and the new situation puts forward new requirements to tourism talents.This essay analyses tourism talents' structural features of Anhui Province,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures.The tourism administration department should enhance the planning of tourism talents and ensure training of tourist talents;tourism colleges should define training target and innovate training models;tourism enterprises must strengthen training and improve the stimulating system;and it is essential to strengthen international cooperation and promote the internationalization level of tourism talents development.
