东北地区哈大交通经济带经济发展空间差异研究

中文摘要：

以东北地区哈大交通经济带13个地级市为基本研究单元，以人均地区生产总值为测度经济差异的指标，利用变异系数和泰尔指数对经济带内1987-2006年间的经济发展数据进行总体差异分析，并对差异来源按照行政区划进一步分解，分析影响差异的内、外原因。截取3个具代表性的时间横截面，探究哈大交通经济带空间结构演化特征。结果表明：（1）1987-2006年哈大交通经济带经济地位不断提升，总体差异收缩。（2）1987-1992年经济带差异扩大，主要由黑龙江省内部差异造成；1993-2000年经济带变动微小；2000年以来，哈大交通经济带差异呈现收缩态势。（3）哈大交通经济带空间结构演化特征与地区经济差异时序吻合，未来将呈现带内经济一体化趋势。

英文摘要：

Harbin-Dalian Traffic Economic Belt （HADA TEB） is the developed lineal region in the middle of the northeast of China. In different phase, HADA TEB presents a kind of typical special pattern and economy structure. Based on 13 cities of HADA TEB during the period 1987-2006, this paper takes the per capita GDP as an index for measuring the level of regional economic development. With the methods of variation coefficient and Theil index, this paper analyses the total level of HADA TEB economics disparities, then it divides the 13cities into three districts （Heilongjiang Province, Jilin and Liaoning Province）, and uses Theil index as quantitative method to decomposes the formations of HADA TEB economics disparities and then find out the cause of the formation mechanisms. At last, it explores the characteristics of spatial evolution by three typical times. The main conclu- sions are：（1）1987-2006 ,with the development of northeast and the rise of the economic status of HADA TEB, the total economic disparity decreased gradually with fluctuations appearing in several years. （2）1987-1992, the regional economic disparities in HADA TEB continue to expand during this period, which were mainly caused by the internal differences in Heilongjiang Province. There is almost not changed practically from1993 to 2000. Since 2000, the economic difference in HADA TEB has shrunk, and meanwhile the economic disparities of the three provinces also show a shrinking trend, however the intra-province is the decisive force. （3）The characteristics of the disparities of spatial evolution in HADA TEB embody in shrink-wide-shrink between south to north ,leading to an upward spiral of the economic status of Shenyang and Dalian, which will take on the integrative development trend finally.
