以532名员工及其89名主管为研究对象,借助结构方程模型及相关技术,分析了真我型领导对员工创造力的影响,并以情绪理论为基础,检验和谐式工作激情和强迫式工作激情在以上关系中所起的中介作用。研究结果表明:真我型领导对和谐式工作激情和员工创造力都有显著的正向影响,与强迫式工作激情成负相关关系;和谐式工作激情在真我型领导和员工创造力之间起完全中介作用;强迫式工作激情则不能中介真我型领导和员工创造力两者之间的关系。
Sampling 532 employees and 89 of their supervisors, this paper further discusses the impact of authentic leader- ship on employee creativity, and tests the mediating effects of work passion in that relationship while being based on emotion theory. Result show that authentic leadership has significantly positive effect on harmonious passion and employee creativity, authentic leadership has significantly negative effect onobsessivepassion; harmonious passion offers total mediating effect be- tween authentic leadership and employee creativity; obsessive passion has no mediating effect between authentic leadership and employee creativity.
