Adenoviral vector is one of the most promising vaccine vectors, having many advantages such as high expression, being able to induce specific humoral and cellular immune responses, good safety, ease of preparation, and without adding adjuvants, etc. So it is being widely used in various kinds of preventive or therapeutic vaccine development. In this article, advances in clinical study of some important vaccines based on adenoviral vector are summarized.
