Through the detailed investigation and analysis of the present situation of talents in Hengshui City,it is foundthat the introduction and development of human resources in Hengshui City is seriously lagging behind the economicconstruction.There is a serious shortage of professional and technical personnel,especially the high-level talents andthe talents of technological innovation,which has seriously restricted the economic development.At the same time,the economy is relatively backward in Hengshui City;the attraction for talents is not big enough;competitive pressureis big,management style is slightly backward.All the above have restricted the introduction of talents to Hengshui City.In the background of coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Hengshui City can continuously promotethe introduction and development of talents through the improvement of policies,the development of socialundertakings,the innovation of management mechanism,the building of talent development platform and thebeautification and optimization of urban environment.
