针对纺织机械设计了一台可带额定负载异步起动的高速永磁同步电动机.利用有限元方法对电机进行了磁场分析,准确计算了空载漏磁系数和计算极弧系数,并与磁路计算相结合得出初步设计方案.着重研究了定子绕组参数、转子槽形、导条材料和永磁体尺寸等对电机起动转矩和牵入同步特性的影响.当所设计电机永磁体轴向长度比电机长度短5 mm时,平均起动转矩至少比额定转矩大1.46倍以上,确保带负载成功起动.开发了计算机辅助设计软件,设计了样机并进行了现场测试,直接接通400 Hz,380 V交流电源后可带负载起动并牵入同步,实验结果证明了所用方法的正确性以及设计方案的可行性.
A high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor line-starting with load for textile machinery was designed in this paper.Field distribution in the machine was analyzed by using finite element method,no-load leakage coefficient and effective pole arc coefficient were calculated accurately,and then were coupled with magnetic circuit calculation to develop the initial design plan.Impact of stator winding parameters,rotor slots configuration,conducting bar material and permanent magnet dimension on starting torque and line-starting characteristic of the machine were investigated specially.When the magnet length of the designed motor is 5mm shorter than the stack length,the average starting torque is 1.46 times larger than the rate torque,which insures line-starting with the rated load.Computer aided design software was developed,sample motor was designed and field testing was carried out.When connected to the 400Hz,380V source directly,the proposed motor can start and synchronize successfully.The correctness of the method and feasibility of the design in this paper is verified by the experiment results.
