Discipline s publicity is the important embodiment of publicity of universities.However,the functions of disciplines are always neglected,which resulted in the loss of publicity of Chinese universities.To reconstruct the publicity of universities centered on disciplines,we should reform the system of the university structure,making disciplines an important 'power center'and establish a deliberative net based on disciplines.
