分析了风电波动对调峰影响的极端场景,综合考虑系统调峰容量和机组爬坡速率等因素,提出了一种风电并网系统低谷时段调峰能力的计算模型和方法.所建模型为0-1整数规划模型.该模型以研究周期内的低谷负荷时段系统下调空间最大为目标,计及常规机组的最小运行时间、最小停运时间以及爬坡速率约束,并考虑风电波动的极端场景.求解该优化模型,可得到在研究周期内系统应对风电波动的调峰极限以及相应的机组启停方案.以东北某省实际电网为例进行分析,验证了该模型和方法的正确性和有效性.
The extreme scenario of the impact of fluctuation of output of wind farm on peak load regulation is analyzed,and synthetically considering such factors of power grid as peak load regulation capacity of power grid and ramp rates of generating units,a 0-1 integer programming model and computing method for peak load regulating capability of power grid integrated with wind farms in valley load period are proposed.In the proposed model,the maximum downward adjustable power during the valley load periods of the power grid within the research period is taken as the objective,and the constraints such as minimum operating time,the minimum outage time and the ramp rates of conventional generating units as well as the extreme scenario of wind power output fluctuation are considered.Solving the proposed model,the peak load regulation limit of the power grid to cope with the fluctuation of wind power output within the research period and corresponding start-up and stop scheme of generating units can be attained.Taking an actual provincial power grid in Northeast China as the case,both correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and method are validated.
