钢渣综合利用是炼钢固体废弃物利用的重要方面,将炼钢过程中不同阶段的钢渣逐级返回利用,可提高造渣材料的利用效率、降低原材料消耗、减少钢渣的排出量,实现生态冶金的要求。炼钢过程中的不同阶段产生的钢渣成分和性能各不不同,需要建立评价指标来研究确定不同阶段产生的钢渣返回利用的可行性和利用价值。本文以转炉渣和LF精炼渣为例进行了分析,探索建立钢渣利用价值的评价指标,希望对指导炉渣综合回用提供参考。
Slag recycling is a very important aspect of solid waste control in steelmaking process. The efficiency of auxiliary material can be promoted and requirement of ecological metallurgy can be met as a result. It is concerned that slag composi- tion and properties is completely different in modern stealmaking process. An index system should be set for the evaluation of slags in recycling process. To take the steelmaking converter slag and LF refining slag as example, some index are calcu- lated and analyzed to give an evaluation for the slag recycling use.
