采用单因素实验法,以聚合物在皮革鞣制工艺中应用后坯革收缩温度的增加量为考察指标,从单体配比、单体占总体系的质量分数、反应体系pH、引发剂用量、反应时间等因素对聚二烯丙基二甲基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺(PDM/AM)聚合的合成工艺进行了优化。结果表明:当n(DM)-n(AM)=1:3,单体占总体系的质量分数为30%,反应体系pH=5,引发剂用量为4%,反应5h时,聚合物的产率达91.27%,特性黏度为31.54mL/g,应用于皮革鞣制工艺中鞣制效应较好。通过红外光谱和x-射线衍射分析等手段对PDM/AN的结构进行表征,结果表明,丙烯酰胺与二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵成功地发生了聚合。
The process for preparation of poly - diallydimethylammonium chloride - acrylamide (PDM/AM) was optimized by mono-factor designed experiment firstly. The experimental results showed that when the mole ratio is n(DM) : n(AM) = 1:3, the mass fraction of the total of monomers in the reaction system is 30%, the pH value of the reaction system is 5, initiator dosage is 4%, and the reaction time is 5 h, yield of the copolymer achieves 91.27%. The intrinsic viscosity of the product achieves 31.54 mL/g and can offer rather good effect in the leather tanning process. The product was characterized by XRD and FF-IR and the results showed that polymerization did happen between the diallyldimethyl- ammonium chloride and acrylamide.
