本文通过实地访谈和问卷调查,对广州市部分事业单位编制外员工的工作满意度进行了调研,并利SPSS~计软件予以分析评估,发现了对其工作满意度具有显著影响的六大因素,讨论了各因素的影响方式和程度,提出了具有针对性的对策建议。
In recent years the number and size of non-state-budgeted staff who Worked in governmental organizations and public-service institutions have been enormous and anticipated for an increasing trend. These employees' job satisfaction can largely impact their work engagement and work performance, and would finally influence the healthy and overall development of governmental and state-sponsored agencies. This paper, utilizing the methods of field study, interview and questionnaire, evaluates status quo of job satisfaction of these employees in Guangzhou City. Through SPSS statistical software, this paper finds six factors that significantly influence these employees' job satisfaction, discusses the influencing mode and extent of each factor, and finally proposes the relevant and corrective countermeasures and suggestions.
