Heritage tourism development was a double-edged sword. Cultural impact of tourism development was both positive and negative in the Dragon Ridge Terrace Community. The course of the cultural preservation and inheritance was affected by many factors in heritage tourism community. These factors included instrumental rationality, departure of traditions from modern times, intergenerational imbalance of cultural inheritance, and so on. Therefore, to promote the integration of ＂instrumental rationality＂ and ＂value rationality＂ during the cultural preservation and inheritance was necessary in the her- itage tourism community. In this way, the cultural heritage can be developed and inherited in a normal manner.
