在1350℃-1550℃,以石墨为还原剂及以氮气为保护气,对Fe203+Cr203+20%C体系进行了等温还原实验。并采用不同的动力学计算方法得到了Fez03+Cr203+20%C反应的动力学参数。结果表明,温度是Fe203+Cr203+20%C还原体系的重要影响因素。Fe203+Cr2O3+20%C还原反应的活化能为87.065kJ/tool,控速环节为相界反应。
Synthetic Fe203 +Cr203 +20%C were isothermally reduced with graphite, protected by Nz, at 1350℃- 1550℃. And the kinetic parameters have been calculated by different methods. The results showed that temperature was aim portant factor of reduction of Fe203 + Cr2 03 + 20% C. The apparent activation energy of Fe203 + Cr203 + 20% C was 87. 065kJ/mol. Phase boundary reaction was the rate--controlling step.
