以橡胶饼粕蛋白为原料,采用降解和交联改性的方法制备橡胶蛋白基木材胶黏剂,主要考察了橡胶蛋白结构特点和橡胶蛋白基胶黏剂胶合板的胶接性能及耐水性能。研究结果表明:从橡胶蛋白来源、价格、蛋白结构和氨基酸组成来看,橡胶蛋白制备木材胶黏剂具有经济性和可行性;在碱降解改性橡胶蛋白的基础上再进行交联改性制备橡胶蛋白基木材胶黏剂的方法具有一定的可行性;由于橡胶饼粕原料的特殊性导致所制备的蛋白胶黏剂性能不是很理想,后续应该注意对橡胶饼粕原料进行预处理。
With Hevea brasiliensis curcas as raw materials, Hevea brasiliensis protein-based wood adhesive was prepared with the modification method of degradation and crosslinking. Protein structure of Hevea brasiliensis protein, adhesive properties and water resistance of Hevea brasiliensis proteinbased wood adhesive plywood were mainly studied. The results showed that it was economical and feasible to use Hevea brasiliensis protein to prepare wood adhesive for its large source, low price, protein structures and amino acid composition. There was no doubt that Hevea brasiliensis proteinbased wood adhesive was prepared by crosslinking modification based on alkaline degradation. But more attention should be paid to the pre-treatment of Hevea brasiliensis curcas for this particular protein material.
