同步工程(SE)技术,通过先进的三维造型,模拟仿真和有限元分析软件将汽车产品设计问题最大限度地消除在前期三维数模设计阶段,大大缩短后期模具制造的时间。分析了同步工程的关键技术,提出了汽车车身冲压模具开发同步工程的模型,并进行了可行性验证,同步工程是一种合理有效的方法。
The simultaneous engineering technology, through advanced 3D modeling, simulation and finite element analysis software, could solve the problems of automobile product design maximumly at the stage of initial 3D modeling design, and shorten the succeeding die manufacturing time. The key technologies of SE were analyzed in this paper. A new SE model of die development for automobile body was presented, and the feasibility of this model was also proved. Simultaneous engineering is a reasonable and effective method.
