建立高效液相色谱法测定农药中间体的方法,采用外标法定量分析2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶,流动相采用甲醇与水体积比7∶3配制,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为254 nm,进样量为20μm,灵敏度为0.08 AUFS,柱温为室温。测定结果表明,平均回收率为99.5%,标准偏差为0.213,变异系数为0.205%,线性相关系数为0.999 6。测定方法简便、可靠,可用于产品的含量分析。
The method of quantitative analysis of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine was established by performance liquid chromatography. The method used external standard method to quantitatively analyze 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine content,the mobile phase used methanol and water in the ratio of 7∶3. The flow rate was 1.0 m L / min. Detection wavelength was254 nm,the sample amount was 20 μm, and the sensitivity was 0.08 AUFS, the column temperature was room temperature.After a series of measurement,the results showed that,the average recovery was 99.5%, the standard deviation was 0.213,the variation coefficient was 0.205%,and the coefficient of linear correlation was 0.999 6. The method was convenient and accurate, which could be used for content analysis of products.
